When you submit a quote request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, organisation or club, email address, phone number, event date, participant numbers, location and message.
When we provide timing services, event organisers may provide race information and results data, which may include participant names, bib numbers, clubs, categories, finish times, split times, rankings and related event result details.
How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare timing quotes.
- To plan, deliver and manage race timing services.
- To upload, publish and maintain event result pages.
- To communicate with event organisers about their event.
- To protect the security and reliability of the website and admin area.
Legal basis
We process enquiry and service information where it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps before entering into a contract, perform timing services, meet legitimate business needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Race results
Race results may be published publicly on this website or linked to an official partner results platform. If you have a question about a result, correction, removal request or event data source, contact us at info@elitetiming.ie.
Sharing information
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with event organisers, service providers who help operate the website or email systems, and official results partners where needed to deliver event timing and results services.
Retention
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to manage the request and related business records. Race result information may remain published as part of the public event record unless an organiser or participant raises a valid correction or removal request.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal data. To make a request, email info@elitetiming.ie.
Cookies
